to provide construction plans for the redevelopment and expansion of a multi-phase elderly housing development in Somers,
Connecticut funded by various grants for the preservation and construction of elderly or low-income and moderate-income residents.
The first phase of this project consisted of the construction of a new 19,500 square foot elderly apartment building
and the rehabilitation of 52 existing elderly housing units.  The development also included construction
of additional parking areas, new septic systems and storm drainage systems.  In the second phase, which
is still in the design phase, we anticipate the addition of a similar apartment building and multiple duplex units.
